“The Legacy Grill,” located at 619 Buddy Holly Place, will boast a fun and vibrant music-inspired atmosphere, with a menu featuring a diverse selection of American classics. Regular live music will be a treat for visiting patrons.
Visitors to “The Surfside,” located at 444 North Shore Drive will experience a casual elegant dining concept with a Caribbean inspired atmosphere. The menu will feature hand-cut steaks and fresh seafood offerings. Plans are underway to expand the outdoor seating area, with additional seating options on the upper deck.

A server’s primary objective is to deliver a positive and memorable dining experience for all of our guests. Taking orders, answering questions about the menu and food, selling food and drinks, taking payment, communicating orders with the kitchen staff, seating customers and helping with customer service and cleaning are also key responsibilities within this position. Servers are expected to have some basic cooking knowledge.
Bartenders are responsible for preparing, mixing and serving beverages to guests of our restaurants in a friendly and efficient manner.
The purpose of the host is to ensure positive, informative, and hospitable communication with guests while in the restaurant or over the phone. Hosts are responsible for creating a positive environment while interacting with incoming and outgoing guests. A comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our guests starts and ends with the host.
We expect our host to be genuine, honest, attentive, and empathetic to guests wants and needs. Hosts are expected to have excellent communication skills with not only guests, but also with fellow teammates.
Hosts are responsible for conducting the seating and guest flow, while communicating with the serving staff to ensure a smooth guest transition from host stand to table.
Service Support Staff
Server assistants, food runners and bussers are all part of the support staff for our restaurants. The purpose of support staff is to facilitate speed, accuracy and overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Want to learn how to be a great server? Start here.

Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.
Cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List. Must have a basic knowledge of hot and cold food cuisine.
They are required to complete prep lists assigned them along with deep cleaning projects that are delegated by the Executive Chef. Must understand the importance of handling food and kitchen wares in a clean and safe fashion.
Must also maintain food and sanitation standards at all times.
Kitchen Stewards are responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work area. Small food preparation tasks such as portioning food items and minimal food fabrication are also expected duties.
Kitchen Stewards must understand the importance of handling dishes and kitchen wares in a clean and safe fashion and maintain food and sanitation standards at all times.
